Film properties include:
- Food safe
- Shelf stable in dry & cool conditions
- Only breaks down during composting process
- Resistant to oil & grease
- Excellent barrier to gases, aromas, & moisture
- Heat sealable but NOT vacuum sealable
- Great transparency and gloss
- Made in Australia from film produced in the United Kingdom
- These bags are certified home compostable to European EN 13432 and American ASTM D6400 standards in approx. 8-12 weeks
- Suitable for dry foods, at present the bags are not recommended for liquids.
