How quickly will my order be despatched?
If your order is placed and paid for before 1 pm it will be dispatched that same afternoon. Internet orders have preference over phone orders and sample orders. If any item goes temporarily out of stock, we will call or email you to give you an update.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all shipping providers are experiencing higher than usual demand, resulting in longer estimated shipping times. However, Green Pack still does same day dispatches for all orders placed before 1 pm Mon - Fri
What types of delivery methods does Green Pack offer?
- Australia wide delivery with StarTrack and Australia Post
- Pick up from our warehouse in Billinudgel NSW 2483
- Local delivery in Byron Shire and the Gold Coast. *Conditions apply
StarTrack is recommended if your order is more than one carton in quantity. The rates are much better value for bulk freight. You will be notified by email about the delivery day. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received a tracking email or text.
Select from two options:
- I agree to have the goods left at my premises at my own risk.
(You will be able to give delivery instructions in the final step).
- The shipping address will be attended 9 am to 5 pm weekdays and I agree to a $15 second delivery charge in the event no one is at home during a delivery attempt.
Please provide specific instructions in the final step of the check-out process. If the delivery instructions are unclear, we will contact you for further instructions before despatching. This may delay the order meaning it may be shipped the next day. StarTrack do NOT ship to PO Boxes. A street address needs to be provided.
Problems with shipping during checkout
StarTrack (now the same owner as Australia Post) has the habit of tinkering with its postcodes and file formats. As a result, some of customers previously correctly entered postcodes are no longer matching the newly updated StarTrack database and they cannot choose StarTrack as a shipping option during checkout.
To fix this please do the following if you see the below error:
To fix the problem please click on "Change Address" on the green bar or go to your account then "Add/Edit Shipping Details"
In the next step re-enter your postcode and chose your suburb from the dropdown menu and save! This should in most cases fix any issues with freight calculation. If you are a new customer and experience problems after a new registration please contact us.
