Discounts:
- Discounts apply to online orders only, no phone-, email- or walk-in orders. You need to create an account during checkout.
- 1st order value $150 or above get 5%: Create an account during checkout and get 5% off your first purchase above $150 (excl.shipping and GST) Do not use the Guest checkout!! 5% discount is locked in for 1 month
- Order value $500/month: If you place subsequent orders above $150 within that month your discount of 5% will be locked in for 6 months.
- Order value $1000/month: move to the10% discount category for 1 month
- Frequent orders $1000/month, monthly order value: move to 10% discount category for 6 months
- Orders above $2000 a month over 3 months: your 10% discount will be locked in permanently or until reviewed.
Shipping:
- Shipping is free for orders above $150 from Ballina Byron Bay to Gold Coast
- orders below $150 will be charged a flat rate of $15 between Ballina and Gold Coast
- Shipping to all other areas is charged as advertised at the checkout unless otherwise arranged.
MOQ:
We have a minimum order value of $30 for all orders.
Interstate orders:
- For orders of 4 full cartons and over of the same product delivered to CBD areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth you can send an enquiry for a special quote.
- Please note that unfortunately we cannot provide free shipping to rural and outer areas.
