Request Samples

Sample request procedure:

Thank you for your interest in our products! Using the information below, email us an online enquiry form with the following:

We will need an exact product description of the samples you require. Eg. Product name etc.

— Business name
— Contact name
— Contact phone number
— Email address 
— Delivery address
— Invoice/billing address
— Delivery instructions and opening hours (eg. Can goods be left at your door if the delivery address is unattended?)
— Preferred carrier: Australia Post or StarTrack? (StarTrack do not deliver to PO boxes)

Custom sample boxes are available for the cost of the postage*. 

1. If your preferred carrier is Australia Post, a standard package up to 8 items will cost $13.20 incl. GST. 

2. StarTrack will cost $16.50 incl. GST for a standard package.

******For sample packs that require more than 8 products additional charges will apply. Catering trays will be charged per piece.

Upon receipt of your sample request we will email you an invoice which can be paid with credit card over the phone or direct deposit to our account.
